Hi, I am Rose Lisboa. I help TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return) cats of Troy, NY. I am hoping to help out Operation Snip in getting our already neutered boy, Mr. FiFi aka Mr. Finnegan Figaro, surgery for Entropian eyelid. His eye is getting irritated, and I would hate to see him lose his eyesight.
