For anyone who knows Bruno and me, you know how much we hate asking for help from anyone. But our hands are tied and we have unfortunately been placed in one of the worst situations we could think of. Our sweet new 5 mo old puppy Moose, was diagnosed with a likely congenital peritoneal pericardial hernia that is causing fluid to build up around his chest and lungs. The only way to save him is to have emergency surgery that will cost us over 10 thousand dollars. Unfortunately we are within the waiting period of our pet insurance so they will not cover anything since this is a pre-existing condition. With this being such an unexpected event, we are hoping that we can get any help at all from friends, family, strangers so we can save our boy that we love so much. We wish we had all this money to save him without having to ask anyone for help but we simply do not.
