Sweet Momma Mia was abandoned and left to fend for herself while pregnant. Now she’s fighting for her life in emergency surgery. The vets are doing everything they can, but we don’t know yet if they’ll be able to save Mia or her precious pups. One tiny pup is by her side, but their future is uncertain.
