Restoring hope and a home to a family in Gaza
Donation protected
Mohamed is a father from Gaza. A man who has lost everything. His home, his neighborhood, his safety… everything that made up his life vanished in an instant. Yet, he keeps fighting. Not for himself, but for his children.
Imagine for a moment that you are this father. That you have two little boys, a little girl, and a baby in your arms. They are scared. So are you. But you know you must be strong. Stronger than the war, stronger than fear, stronger than hunger.
Imagine everything around you collapsing. Your home, the place that sheltered your dreams and those of your children, is gone. Your neighborhood, once full of life, has become a pile of rubble. No roof to protect you. No bed to rest your tired body. No school for your children. Nothing. Just war. The cold biting your skin. Hunger tightening your stomach. Fear that never leaves you.
Every day, Mohamed asks himself this question: “How can I protect my children when I don’t even know where to go?”
Imagine the doubt eating away at you, the weight pressing on your heart, day and night.
He sleeps outside. Sometimes under a fragile tent, sometimes with no shelter at all. He looks at his children. They are hungry. They are cold. They are too young to understand what is happening… but old enough to cry.
Imagine a baby crying endlessly, lost in a world he does not know.
Mohamed hides his pain deep inside. Every glance he gives his children tightens his heart a little more, but he cannot collapse. He must stay standing. For them. Even if everything inside him is breaking.
Imagine not knowing how you will feed your children tomorrow. Not knowing how you will protect them if another bomb falls. Not knowing if they will ever see peace.
The war never stops. Neither does the pain. In Gaza, bombs fall. Children die. Families are buried under rubble. Those who survive face hunger, cold, and fear.
Mohamed does not ask for wealth. He does not ask for a miracle. He asks for just a little help. A bit of support to hold on, to protect his children, to give them a chance to live.
Imagine rebuilding a life from nothing. Imagine simply wanting to give your children a dignified life, where they can smile again.
﴿ Indeed, with hardship comes ease ﴾ — Surah Ash-Sharh, verse 6
Today, you can be that “ease.” You can be the light in the midst of this darkness.
Every donation, no matter how small, can change a day in Mohamed and his children’s lives. Every euro can provide a meal, a blanket, some warmth, a glimmer of hope.
Do not look away.
Imagine that it is you there. Your children. Your family. Your home. What would you hope others would do for you?
Today, Mohamed and his children need you.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to everyone who reaches out. Thank you for your humanity, your kindness, your love.
Do not remain indifferent.
Every second counts. Every gesture counts. Today, you have the power to change their fate.
Act now. Make a donation, even a small one. Share their story. Let their voice be heard.
Because if you don’t do it, who will?
Mohamed and his children are counting on you. Together, we can offer them a little light in this endless night.
Be that light. Be that hope.
