Hi my name is Billy. I've started this fund raising because of my baby Mochi who was found with a stroke and extreme dehydration, she is currently in the VET Hospital.

Mochi is my 2 year old baby girl turning 3 this year, who loves a good cuddle and is playful.

A day before I found her, I was supervising her while she was playing in the backyard chasing the birds. Yesterday (Wednesday 4/2), I noticed that she did not finish her breakfast. Around 10:30am, I found her just plopped on the floor laying there. I thought it was strange because she was almost motionless. I tended to her and I tried to lift her up on all fours but she plopped back down. She couldn't walk or stand. Alarmed I took her to the closest VET and they checked on her - they were not able to identify anything. The next day I took her the emergency VET and they diagnosed that she had experienced a stroke extreme dehyration.

She is currently staying in the hospital today (5/2) where they will monitor her health - they've also placed her on IV fluids.

I am an international student in Australia who is restricted with working limits. I am asking for help today because Mochi has been living with me since she was a kitten. She is the only family that I have in Australia. Each day I am struggling to manage my finacial studies, rent and cost of living. I am expecting a bill from the VET hospital costing $2000-2500 for her treatment and stay.

I will be grateful for any donations. Everything will be goning into Mochi's treatment bill. It has been difficult for me to deal with this all so suddenly, and I would do anything to save her.
