Hello everyone! My name is Humi. Last night, we had an emergency visit to the hospital for our little boy, Mochi. Mochi is a sweet and gentle soul with a playful heart. He’s always there for me when I’m feeling low or alone. He’s been my best friend since I adopted him in July 2021.

Just yesterday, we came home and found him lying on the ground, crying for help. We immediately took him to the vet, and it turned out that he had a urinary tract obstruction (UTO) that was almost caught too late. The vet said that the procedure wasn’t cheap, and we had to give him surgery as soon as possible or let him go.

His medicine, procedure, and overnight stays at the animal hospital came about so suddenly that we couldn’t afford to cover his healthcare costs. We need people’s help more than ever to help cover Mochi’s unexpected healthcare bills during these hard times.
