Save Mizgittinskittens rescue home

We have been a family that rescues 4 generations. But in the beginning of 2021 two kittens were brought to us that were more than we could handle alone. They had been severely beaten and work nearly not alive. We rush them to the hospital and we got them surgery, when they needed more surgeries before they could even be discharged from the hospital oh, we couldn't do it alone. Being very new to fundraising we did not manage to raise any money to help them. First kitten Drexel passed away before we could earn the money to pay for another surgery for him. Baby Leone was a bit luckier, we did manage to earn enough money from our normal paychecks to afford his second surgery and he is doing well. He has been adopted by a loving family it's quite the playful little guy. Throughout 2021 beyond the feral cats we take care of, the abandoned pregnant moms abandoned on our porch in boxes, and dozens of kittens that needed to find Forever families, we also took in Bella who had cancer, save a kitten named Edgar Allan Poe who had a severe rectal prolapse which required 2 surgeries, and our beloved Sparky a five-year-old feral cat who decided living in a house was much more to his liking who needed bladder surgery. Through all of this we discovered when we get a little bit of help we can do a lot more for the cats. It cost an awful lot more than cat food for us to Care for all these cats, it is spay and neuter, its food, Medical Care, Finding Forever homes, and sometimes major surgery. Like what we're facing right now! A young lady came to us and she had found a little kitten crying in a dumpster, trying to snuggle up to her mommy and brother who are no longer alive. She tried to get her medical care but she wasn't getting better. So she came to us to see what we might be able to do. We took her the best veterinarian that we know. Throughout all the testing this tiny little kitten was so sweet and so brave, when they gave her a needle she gave them a kiss. When they gave her a test she would give them a headbutt. They discovered she had lung worms. Not one but two Species of lungworms. She has come so far through weeks and weeks of treatment, and it's so close to be able to come home. But we still need help for her and for the inevitable victims of abuse that will be dropped in our laps. Without more money right now we will not be able to keep her in the oxygen chamber that she needs I'm so her lungs are healed. And it would surely devastate us if she got Within 1 to 2 weeks of being done treatment and having a forever family a forever home and a actual long healthy happy life, and we had to let her go. So please, for her baby Erica, and for all cats and kittens of this beautiful city help us show them humans aren't all scary, and that they can have a forever family a forever home and forever love. Thank you so much everyone who has prayed for the kittens and the cats! Thank you to all of you emotional support of our family when times get hard and our hearts are broken. Please donate if you can. And please send these beautiful animals your prayers and your thoughts long healthy life.
