Save Miss Delta: Urgent Hip Replacement Needed

PLEASE HELP. This is URGENT. This is Miss Delta. She is the sweetest 7-year-old bean. She has recently been diagnosed with severe hip dysplasia after dislocating her hip playing in the yard. Two weeks after the first dislocation, she re-dislocated it just hanging out in the house. Due to the severity of her dysplasia, she needs an URGENT hip replacement to prevent this from happening again. We would appreciate any help during this process as we do not have much time to save up, and her hip WILL continue to dislocate and is undergoing this surgery ASAP.
