Miso is a green/grey & black tabby cat that my partner found in his front yard a week before Christmas ‘23. He was just a small kitten in the wet cold looking for shelter. We brought him in and decided to keep and look after him ever since. He’s grown with us as a family and every day is a blessing to have him.

Lately, starting a month ago, we’ve noticed Miso urinating and defecating blood, and not in his usual litter box but in random places in the house. We didn’t think too much of it as we thought he might’ve been constipated or needed a detox, knowing how expensive vets are. As of December 13, 2024, he doesn’t drink water or eat food, he can barely move a few steps without having to stop for a while. Everything about him was gone.

We went to a nearby vet who’d do checkups for an affordable price. We learned he has a urethra blockage which, if not treated, could be fatal for Miso. The expenses of this are far too much out of our budget and we are looking for any miracles and blessings anyone could offer. I thank whoever took their time to read this and to help spread the word.
