Hello, my name is Katarzyna Zuchniarek. I am a single mum raising my 7-year-old daughter, and our beloved dog Mika has been part of our little family for the past 1.5 years. She is more than just a pet – she is our best friend and a source of comfort, joy, and unconditional love.

Sadly, Mika has become seriously ill. She has been diagnosed with pyometra, a life-threatening infection of the uterus which requires urgent surgery. Without this operation, Mika’s life is at serious risk.

The estimated cost of the surgery is £1,565, which is far beyond what I can afford. At the moment, I can only cover basic living expenses for myself and my daughter. Asking for help is very difficult for me, but I cannot let Mika suffer or lose her without trying everything I can.

Mika is such a gentle and loving soul, and she means the world to us. My daughter adores her, and the thought of losing Mika is heartbreaking.
