Midnight needs emergency surgery for a Pyometra (medical details at the end)

Midnight has been my baby for the past 4 1/2 years, we’ve been through everything just the two of us and I’m devastated that after some personal recent hardships and the loss of my job I don’t have the funds to cover an emergency spay for her, anything at all that anyone is able to give would mean the world to both of us.

She’s documented as an ESA and has been my best friend through the past 4 years helping through bouts of depression and anxiety; she was my rock throughout an abusive relationship & helped me find the strength to leave and then navigate the difficulty of being on my own in a new city after leaving USC. She is the kindest girl in the world and always is ready to meet people with face licks. She has also been the best big sister, after my adoption of Khonshu her little brother, and she’s been put in charge of tattling on him whenever he tries to steal food from people’s plates, or climbing the windows.

Medical Information:

She’s unspayed currently (because her allergies have made her vets always hesitate to spay her due to inflammation) but now needs and emergency spay because her uterus during her last heat cycle did not shed the lining correctly and it’s now infected and filling with liquid. Due to the size of the uterus and the infection (it’s swelled to the size of a football rather than its normal size) she needs an immediate emergency spay. Originally I brought her in due to her lack of eating for the past 3 days but I never imagined it would have been this bad.
