Save Midas: Support His Cancer Treatment

May 7th-

Midas is currently at home now. He is on a whole bunch of medications to help his fight. He got his first treatment of Chemotherapy on May 6th. He is pretty low on energy but is still fighting. He still gets excited for his car rides which is his favorite thing in the world. His next checkup is on May 13th at Madison Vetinernary Specialists. With all my heart I appreciate everyones help. Every dollar helps Midas' battle.

May 5th-

Midas has now been diagnosed with cancer, it is the cause of the CKD. Getting the cancer into remission will help all issues. The goal is still the same as I have been told a full round of chemo wil be approxmately the same amount. Please, any amount will help.

May 2nd-

Midas has been fighting with all his strength against CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease) for the past year. He recently has had an episode of acute kidney failure, which is when the kidneys suddenly can't filter toxins and they start to go into the blood. He can come back with treatment to a more manageable state.

He has been in the care of Madison Veterinary Specialists since Friday, May 2nd. He needs dialysis, which they quoted $10,000 per week. This is supposed to be a short-term dialysis to get his renal numbers within a safe range. He also may need ureter surgery depending on the ultrasound. The bills have stacked up, and I am at my limit of financial capability. Midas deserves every ounce of effort I can muster to help him. He is the sweetest, most kind pup ever. Everyone who has met him will tell you just how sweet and kind he is. I have been trying the best I can and am now stuck at giving him the best care because of money. This is hard for me to ask for help, but I desperately need it. Please help in any way you can. He is my world, and I'm trying everything I can to help him.
