Save Meisha: Surgery Needed for Bladder Stone

In my family, our dogs are just like another sibling. We have had Meisha, specifically, for 9 years now. She has grown up with me, and when we found out she had a bladder stone the size of a quarter, it was concerning. She has been eating special food from the vet, and we have had to put her in diapers because she constantly feels like she has to urinate. We went back to the vet and found out it hasn't improved. The stone has doubled in size, and she constantly shakes because of the pain. We are devastated because the surgery to remove it is out of our budget, but we can't put her down either. We love her so much and would appreciate any support!
