Need help with unexpected one mo back rent!

I am needing assistance to pay one months back unexpected rent! Unexpected because of mass confusion because of the park being sold and payments made durning that sale. I can pay my current month but not the month that I wasn't expecting to be paying at least not in full!

I owe a total of 844$ but only 422$ is basically what is do plus late fees
