Last night our 6-month-old German Shepherd puppy, Mazzie, got into our bathroom trash and swallowed three razor blades from a razor. We rushed her to the emergency vet, and after X-rays and evaluation, they told us she needs immediate surgery to remove the blades before they cause life-threatening internal damage.

The estimate for surgery is $7,000, due upfront before they can begin. We are completely overwhelmed and heartbroken, and we simply cannot come up with that amount in the short time we were given.

Mazzie is just a baby. She’s playful, loving, goofy, and has her whole life ahead of her. We’re doing everything we can to save her, but we can’t do this alone.

We have less than 24 hours to secure the funds for her surgery.
