Hi everyone,

I’m writing this with a heavy heart but I know I need to ask for help. My sweet Frenchie, Mavy, is going through a medical emergency and needs an invasive surgery to remove a blockage in her stomach. It’s a major procedure and a huge risk, but I couldn’t just sit back and let her die. I had to try.

A couple days ago, Mavy started vomiting and completely refused to eat. That’s when I knew something was really wrong. I took her in right away, and after doing X-rays and bloodwork, the vet found a blockage. They told me she needed emergency surgery to have any chance of survival.

If you know me, you know how much I love my animals. They mean everything to me, and Mavy is such a special part of our family. She’s always been full of life and love, and it’s heartbreaking to see her like this.

The surgery alone is $4,310 and that doesn’t include her aftercare, medications, or any complications that could come up during recovery. I honestly don’t know what those additional costs will be yet, but I’m doing everything I can to prepare for them.
