As some of you may have already heard, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer on Monday and at the moment I dont have enough money to save my own life/ get the operation and also keep a roof over my kids heads , I have already spent a few thousand so far to get to this stage, My operation is on the 23rd of August and I have just found out that it will cost me about another 10K !!! (my private health will rebate me about $1800) thats without then even mentioning doctors and rehab afterwards and loss of earnings (im self-employed so i will receive no sick pay and I dont have life insurance)

Never thought I would ever have to make one of these but hey this is where im at, Please if you can give me and my family support by donating and/or sharing this post, I hope everyone reading this is well.

ALSO MY ADVICE for other men. IF YOU ARE OVER THE AGE OF 30 GET YOUR DOCTOR TO GIVE YOU A 'PSA' BLOOD TEST EVERY YEAR, don't mess about waiting till you are 40+ (I am currently 39 and have been diagnosed with prostate cancer)

Also dont shy away from the finger up the bum (Its a medical procedure performed by a doctor, Not a sex act!). PROSTATE CANCER WILL AFFECT 1 IN 5 MEN IN THEIR LIFE TIME. Its a silent killer.
