Marine Studios opened in 1938 and has been the site of conservation work, community education, critical research, filmmaking, marine science discoveries, and family adventures ever since.

Located in the town of Marineland which boasts more dolphin residents than human and includes other likeminded organizations such as the University of Florida’s Whitney Laboratory, the National Estuarine Research Reserve, and Ripple Effect Ecotours, this important facility which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Where did people first fall in love with dolphins and learn to care for them instead of hunting them without a thought?

Where was the alarm first sounded about the impacts of an unlimited sea turtle harvest?

Where did we learn about bottlenose dolphin use of signature whistles and echolocation?

To destroy a facility like this, and to force the relocation of countless dolphins, fish, sharks, reptiles, and corals, is something that will NOT happen thanks to the collaboration of all of you, the debtors counsel, debtors management group, the federal judge, and so many more.

Our mission to make MDA a better place is not over, it's just beginning! We still need to cover our legal fees. We need to begin a Capital Campaign, Operational funds, and start working on improvements and making Marineland Dolphin Adventure the Gem it deserves to be! We couldn't have gotten this far without your support and we will need you to help us continue!

Won’t you support the World’s First Oceanarium?
