My name is Joy, I am starting this GO Fund Me for my very good friend, Marcia Mobley. Many of you know her as a wonderful and professional breeder of Bay Lake Doodles. I had gotten my first doodle from her 12 years ago. His name was Loki and he passed away in November. When I told Marcia about Loki she immediately said that when I was ready she would have the perfect doodle for me. In June I decided I was ready. Instead of one doodle I decided on two. She discounted her doodles so I could afford them. I know she has helped thousands of people throughout her 25 years of breeding. She needs our help now. She had major surgery this year, an employee, someone to help her with the dogs took advantage of her and tricked her out of a lot of money by telling her she worked more hours than she did. She stole money from this trusting woman. Marcia was confined to her room and didn’t realize that this was going on, as a result Marcia could not pay her mortgage for several months. She applied for a second mortgage but was denied. She is taking care of all her dogs and puppies by herself. This is her great love, her dogs. She will never give up on them. Marcia has fallen on hard times, a few people, good friends have helped her, but she needs our help. I visited her yesterday and she told me what was going on, my heart was broken. I decided to start this fund to help her. She is on the verge of losing her home by October 10th. She needs to pay 10,000 by that date, if she loses her home she has no where to go. She lost her home once five years ago to a devastating fire that killed many of her dogs. Luckily she was unharmed physically, we can’t let this happen again.She would have to get rid of all her beloved dogs. THIS CANNOT HAPPEN! She has always done charity work, she has given many of her dogs away FREE as therapy dogs. We need to raise this money before October 10th. This is a woman who has helped thousands of people in her 25 years of breeding, this is what keeps her alive we can’t let her down it is not an option.
