Help Mahmoud and his family from North Gaza
Donation protected
Hello, I am Mahmoud from northern Gaza. Currently, my family and I are displaced in an area called Deir al-Balah after having lived in a home filled with warmth, comfort, and peace. We used to live a very simple yet beautiful life. Unfortunately, now we are homeless after the occupation destroyed our house, along with all our hopes and dreams from childhood, and the precious memories we once shared.
Sadly, our family is now separated, and we can only see each other through video calls, which are rare due to the poor communication and internet networks. Our family is now split into two parts: half of us live amidst war, destruction, and famine, while the other half is in Egypt to continue their university studies. I have two brothers studying engineering and a sister studying medicine. Unfortunately, my sister studying medicine is unable to continue her studies due to our difficult financial situation. She needs $7,000 in tuition fees per year, which is an overwhelming burden for my father, as he is now responsible for two households: one in Gaza and one in Egypt for my siblings pursuing their studies.
I felt it was my responsibility to help my father and my siblings, even if in a small way. I will be proud of myself and grateful to you if we manage to gather the necessary tuition fees for my siblings. Please remember that every dollar you may consider small will mean a great deal to my family and will make a big difference.
So, please don’t hesitate to donate any amount, no matter how small.
Finally, I want to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart who reads this message and tries to help us with donations, prayers, or genuine empathy. I hope you never have to experience these harsh and painful conditions that we face every moment.
