Hello my name is Adam,

I’m the chef, owner, accountant, builder, cleaner, KP, friend & business owner of Madame Pigg.

So where do we start… September 2018, when I first opened MP, buying a burger bar and transforming it into a neighbourhood restaurant (which not one person believed was possible). Fast forward two years. After having the most amazing first years in business, and bringing my dream and now many others to life, the Pandemic hits.

This sounds like an X Factor story, but its just me being honest and real, as usual but this is the reality of owning a restaurant, and many other businesses, that people are afraid to share. I need to keep MP alive with help from others, something I have reluctantly rejected in the past.

It’s only taken me two bouts of Pneumonia, COVID twice & 2 broken hands, and now maybe losing a finger, to realise that in life, and business, I can’t do everything on my own, nor can Jenna & Emily. Maybe its a blessing in disguise. I believe everything happens for a reason.

The plastic surgeons are saying I need a further TWO ops to save my finger, which is gonna put me out of cooking for at least 3-4 weeks minimum.

I don’t have a bank roll of cash to fall back on as I’m the sole director. This is why me & my incredible team need help from you & your networks. Please. I know for a fact MP works as we are ahead of plan and reached our 2.5 year target of breaking even, whilst going through the above.

You know I love a chat, so I’ll get to the point! I need money…… to pay my team, pay my rent & literally keep the lights on… so all donations however big or small, will help keep us alive.
