Save Luna: A Miracle Cat Needs You

I'm here because someone very important to me needs your help. My darling cat, Luna, is in need of surgery currently. She has a tumor on her hip that needs to be taken care of, and I cannot afford the procedure by myself right now. If you're one of my friends, you likely already know her story. But if you don't... let me tell you about her.

I consider Luna to be a miracle cat. When she was only a few months old, she miraculously survived being crushed between the gears of a recliner. We were told afterward she would not have a long lifespan. But she stands here now, still relatively healthy at the age of 15. The accident caused minor health complications, including a lazy eye, loss of depth perception, minor seizures, and some bone problems.

Despite all of this, Luna has lived a happy life. She's an absolute snuggle bug, inseparable from me most of the day. She's calm and friendly, having never hissed at or scratched/bitten a human in her entire life. She even behaves when taken to the vet. Anyone who has met her has adored her. All this little creature ever wants is to be held and loved at any given moment. A picky eater, a sassy princess, this might be the most spoiled kitty you will ever meet.

She means the world to me. I am beyond devastated that I cannot care for her right now in her time of need.... But I've decided to put aside my pride because she is more important than anything in this universe to me. If you've spoken to me, you know I can barely get through a full conversation without bringing her up. I don't know what I would do without her. I can tell from her behavior she has so much life left in her, and I refuse to let this be her end when the only thing standing in her way is a bit of money.

The surgery for her tumor will require around $2,000. I'm hoping to at least make this much, with anything extra coming out of my own pockets. If you can spare any amount, no matter how small- it will help.

All my life I have struggled with asking others for assistance so please believe me when I say... I need you. Luna needs you. If you can spare it, please help us.
