Help Lucy the Stray 8 week old Kitten Get Life-Saving Surgery
Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out for help on behalf of Lucy, a tiny stray kitten with the biggest heart—and a serious medical condition that threatens her life. Lucy was born with a rare and painful anatomical defect in her anus, which makes it nearly impossible for her to poop normally. Without urgent surgery, she will continue to suffer and won’t be able to live a long or healthy life.
I found Lucy alone and struggling, and I couldn’t leave her behind. Since then, I’ve been doing everything I can—taking her to vet appointments, paying for exams and medications completely out of pocket. But now, Lucy needs a specialized surgery to correct her condition. The procedure is critical to relieve her pain, restore normal function, and give her the chance at a future.
The surgery is estimated to cost around $5,000, which is something I simply can’t afford as a full-time college student. I’ve already stretched my savings thin trying to get Lucy the care she needs, but I’m at a point where I can’t do it alone anymore.
Lucy is incredibly sweet and loving despite everything she’s been through. She purrs when you hold her, loves to cuddle, and has so much life left to live—if she can just get this one chance.
Please consider donating to help save Lucy’s life. Every single dollar goes directly toward her medical expenses and recovery. If you can’t donate, simply sharing her story would mean the world.
Thank you for reading, and for caring. Lucy and I are so grateful for your support.
With love and hope,
Karma & Lucy
