Louis the Frenchie Cow needs your help! Even though he is just under 2 years old, he has suddenly suffered from severe back issues, as most French Bulldogs do. He needs a very expensive back surgery called hemilaminectomy in order to continue living a great life. My dearest friend Gabe is a 28 year old entrepreneur who lost his small business due to COVID. He is currently out of work and is struggling financially. He has been absolutely devastated that his baby Louis is in so much pain, even with moderate pet insurance, he is not able to afford the full cost of the surgery, which could range from 6-10k.

Louis is Gabe’s little cow. Gabe suffered a traumatizing event while traveling in Morocco and still struggled. Gabe saw Louis in Florida in 2019 and it was love at first sight. Gabe needed companionship and grounding and Louis gave him what he needed to move past his trauma. Ever since that day, they have been inseparable. Louis is the reason Gabe has been able to survive the quarantine, and the hardship of losing his business.

Louis has spread love to everyone! You just see that face, and hear him snort and you are in love. Even Gabe's parents, especially his dad who always hated pets, loves Louis. His dad was so upset Gabe and Louis went back to California. This Frenchie Cow means a lot to a lot of people, especially Gabe. He is more than a dog, he is a sparkling ray of sunshine that just puts a smile on your face.

Thank you for even just reading Louis' and Gabe's story. It is quite the sad story but we are hoping for that happily ever after. Please help however you can. We are grateful for any help. Even if you are not able to donate, please spread this campaign around! If we raise more then the cost of the surgery, then we will donate the money to the Nor Cal French Bulldog Rescue .

Kind Regards, Juan, Gabe, and Louis the Frenchie Cow
