PLEASE HELP SAVE LOLA:Emergency Surgery Needed

My sweet girl Lola ( she’s my emotional support dog she is my kid) was pregnant and due to have pups on 10/19and on 10/16 her water broke and contractions started! her labor stopped and the pups are dead inside her!she needs emergency surgery to get them out/ keep her from getting septic and dying which only takes 12 hours once septic! I’m begging anyone for help I am sitting here watching my kid die and feel so helpless as she’s looking in my eyes begging me to help her. I can’t lose her she is my whole world she saved me from dying when I had my strokes I have had her since she was 4 1/2 weeks old she will be 7 in January! I will be completely lost without her.. we’re together every second of everyday! I have no income I’m been waiting for disability for 6 years because of damage done my strokes! I don’t know what else to try so I’m begging pleading with you all to help my baby girl we only have a few days if that please please someone help us I will do anything! Please can you help? Anything will help.. I am begging please help save my best friends life! And save me from having to sit here and watch my baby girl die as she stares at me with those eyes begging me to help her!!
