Hi friends! Thank you so much for all of your love, kind words, prayers and support. We are so thankful, and we know Loki feels all of your love, it’s getting him and us through this hard time ❤️‍

Our sweet 4.5 month old kitten Loki has fallen critically ill. He was just diagnosed with Neurological FIP — the most aggressive and deadly form of this disease. His symptoms came on overnight; from playful and full of life one day, to unable to walk and suffering seizures the next.

In the past 48 hours, Loki has endured dangerously high fevers, seizures, and swelling around his heart and lungs. We almost lost him. Thankfully, we were connected to an amazing vet who had the lifesaving treatment on hand, and we have now begun his fight to survive.

This treatment is giving us hope, but it’s all been incredibly expensive. Between emergency hospital stays, scans & diagnostics, medications, and ongoing care, the bills have quickly stacked up.

We are starting this fundraiser because so many friends and family have asked how they can help. Every dollar raised will go directly toward Loki’s treatment and care. We don’t know how long the road will be, due to the nature of how aggressive the form of FIP is that he has.

We are focused now on keeping him alive these next few days, so the treatment can start to do its magic! We don’t know yet if he will have long-term effects from the high fever, or the nature of this disease being in his brain. Please pray and believe with us for a full recovery, and that he will regain his motor functions over the next few weeks.

Loki is not just a kitten — he’s our baby, our light, and the sweetest soul. If you’ve met him, you know how special he is. He is a beautiful, old soul who connects with everyone he meets so deeply. ✨
