Help Volunteer Rescuers Save Lives in Lebanon

Every minute matters in an emergency.

Across Lebanon, when accidents or medical emergencies happen, volunteer first responders are often the first to arrive. These dedicated men and women give their time, energy, and courage to help others in moments of crisis.

They are part of the Community Civil Defense, a network of trained volunteers providing emergency rescue and medical assistance to communities across the country.

But today, they face a critical challenge.

Due to Lebanon’s ongoing economic crisis and the growing demand for emergency services, many response teams lack properly equipped ambulances and essential rescue equipment. Volunteers often receive urgent calls for help but struggle to reach victims quickly because vehicles are unavailable, outdated, or not fully equipped.

In emergencies, every minute can mean the difference between life and death.

Our Goal

We are raising €300,000 to strengthen the emergency response capacity of Community Civil Defense teams by providing new ambulances and essential life-saving equipment.

To ensure transparency and immediate impact, the campaign will be carried out in three phases:

Phase 1 – €50,000: Fund the first ambulance to expand emergency response coverage.

Phase 2 – €100,000: Provide a second ambulance plus essential medical and rescue equipment.

Phase 3 – €150,000: Achieve full emergency fleet support, including additional equipment, communication systems, and protective gear for volunteer rescuers.
