Save little Zephlet

Hi Everyone,

On behalf of Hannah and Zephy, I decided to make this page to help assist Hannah financially to help Zephyr get the life saving surgery she needs.

A few months ago Zephyr developed a Ranula (A ranula is a fluid collection, or cyst, that forms in the mouth under the tongue. It is filled with saliva (spit) that has leaked out of a damaged salivary gland). Hannah took Zeph to the vets where she was booked in for a minor surgery to remove it.

Hannah and Zeph thought they were past this health issue & continued living their day to day life. Until yesterday the 4th October, It became apparent that Zephyr was not acting like her self. She was docile and sleepy, this caused Hannah to act quickly and see professional help. Only to discover that the Ranula had become majorly infected in Zephyrs mouth. Zephyrs temperatures exceeded 40 degrees & as it turns out the Ranula needs to be removed as it’s growth and positioning in Zephyrs mouth is restricting airflow. Zephyrs lungs have become enlarged & is now struggling to breath due to the Ranula.

For those that love Hannah, know that Zephyr is her pride & Joy. Her Soul dog. She’s been a terror at times, but Hannah has done everything she can to advocate for the best life for her dog & she will continue to do so for the entirety of Zephyrs life.

Hannah works truely hard for the money that she earns as a full time freelance photographer, but has now had to reschedule shoots which will stop cashflow for her. In this day and age and with inflation on the rise, saving up can be quite hard. Her hard earned savings is of course going to go towards saving Zephs life, but if we could relieve a bit of the financials, Hannah might not be left so out of pocket and not set back.

Zeph’s Surgery is proposed to cost $8-10k, with overnight vet fees & medications excluded from this estimation. Any donation is truely appreciated.
