Leo is my service dog. He served me faithfully and without complaint for over ten years.

12 years old now and retired, he has suddenly developed extreme corneal ulcers and some other underlying eye issues. Today, the vet made the determination that he is most likely losing one eye (he's already lost sight in it), and may lose both if surgery is not performed.

He needs a graft over his right cornea and aggressive medication as soon as possible, and my wife and I do not have the funds or credit available to pay for it. The vet offered the surgery as an emergency immediately, but we could not pay for it. We're hoping we can raise the funds to do so within a week, at most.
