Help Leon Get Emergency Surgery

Hi, my name is Mariah, and I’m fundraising on behalf of my close friend, Cass and her sweet 6 month old Corgi, Leon (who is also my dog, Matsu’s little friend)

This evening (7/5), Leon was rushed to the emergency vet after vomiting multiple times and seeming lethargic. At first, Cass thought he might have just played too hard after eating, but the situation quickly turned into a life-threatening emergency.

Leon was diagnosed with a rare and serious condition called Pyloric Gastric Intussusception. This is when part of the stomach and small intestine fold into themselves, creating a blockage. If not treated immediately, this condition can be fatal in a matter of hours.

Emergency surgery is Leon’s only chance. The cost is over $5,000, and unfortunately, Cass was denied by Care Credit and Scratchpay. She doesn't have these kinds of funds on hand.

When she told me she didn’t think anyone would help if she made a GoFundMe, I knew I had to do something. So I’m asking on her behalf.

Please help us give Leon the chance he deserves.
