Hi!

Leon is a 6 year old lovely cat who needs help. He stopped eating and developed liver/kidney problems that made him extremely weak. He is currently in the hospital getting care as the hospital was nice enough to accept a down payment. Unfortunately I am between jobs at the moment and my own business is not doing to well so I am starting a GoFundMe to try and raise money to pay for his hospital care. The total estimate for care is up to 11 grand so I am reaching out to the internet to please help me help Leon.

Frankly, this cat has saved my life and helped keep me from killing myself for years so the least I can do is try to save him. If you have any disposable income that you can afford to contribute I, and Leon, and his brother Joey, would greatly appreciate it.

UPDATE: Sadly, Leon did not respond to intensive treatment, rapidly declined and his heart stopped while I was talking to the doctor, I unfortunately had to put him to sleep yesterday (6/23/25). I am frankly a wreck right now but overwhelmed by the generosity on here. The funds from the fundraiser will go to pay for the treatment and all the rest that I owe from yesterday, so really I just want to be upfront that Leon died yesterday and this fundraiser is now just to pay off the remaining debt.
