Leela is a loving and shy 3 year old house cat, she recently got her back right leg caught in a dresser hook trying to get on top of the dresser, her whole body weight took her down while she remained dangling from the leg. After an ER visit we received x-rays that showed she fractured her ankle breaking two bones and is in need of surgery. The estimated cost is 8k for surgery + costs of the visit and medication. Times are hard and we would appreciate any help received as we don’t want our baby to end up losing her foot due to this bizarre accident.

Leela es una gata doméstica de 3 años, cariñosa y tímida. Recientemente, se le quedó atrapada la pata trasera derecha en un gancho de una cómoda al intentar subirse a ella. Todo su peso corporal la hizo caer, quedando colgando de la pata. Tras una visita a urgencias, las radiografías mostraron que se fracturó 2 guests por el tobillo y necesita cirugía. El costo estimado de a cirugía es de 8.000 dólares mas aparte la consulta y los medicamentos. Son tiempos difíciles y agradeceríamos cualquier ayuda, ya que no queremos que nuestra gatita pierda la pata a causa de este extraño accidente.
