La'Troi Newbins, father to 4 beautiful boys is facing 5-20 years on charges related to the riots on Saturday 5/30/20. He was a guiding voice for many over the last multiple days in the peaceful protests. Many have shared his inspiring words on Monday night.
When he heard that the police were seeking to talk to him regarding his involvement on Saturday, he did the right thing, and went down to turn himself in. This is a man who believes in his civic duty, and believes in the good of not only this cause, but people of all colors.
Now they are throwing the book at him in a Federal court. They want to make an example out of a good person, and an upstanding member of his community. He has great lawyers. We need money to pay them.

My name is Giovanni Orifici. I do not know La'Troi. I was able to meet with his family, offer them some words pf encouragement, and with their full support and backing, I am raising money to help him fight this case. He deserves it. The plan for withdrawal is to set his father up as the beneficiary so he can use that money to pay legal fees, bail, or whatever else La'Troi needs to fight his case.
100% of this money is going to fund his legal battle, it will be a long road to a favorable decision, but his family, the lawyers and I are ready to throw everything we have at the corrupt and unjust legal system, that he finds himself entangled in, for trying to say that his life matters.
