Help me prevent a cat colony at a nearby elementary school!

Earlier this summer a cat found refuge at an elementary school and had kittens. Those kittens are now over 2 months old and old enough to breed with each other. I’m trying to prevent a cat colony forming at this school before it grows and contributes to the stray population in Bakersfield. Two weeks ago i successfully trapped and rehomed one kittens of the litter (seen in the picture) but I cannot afford the surgeries and care for all of the kittens. Help me save the rest of the kittens before it’s cold outside and the school cannot contain them.
