My 16-year-old dog, Kira, has been diagnosed with life-threatening gallbladder mucocele that requires emergency surgery to save her life. Without it, her gallbladder could rupture at any moment, leading to sepsis and unbearable suffering.

Kira has been my best friend and family for 16 years, always by my side with unconditional love. She still has so much life left, and I want to give her every chance to keep going.
