Julius, a sweet and friendly kitty, is in a fight for his life. A devastating virus, FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis)

has taken over his little body.

The chances of Julius’s survival are high with the recently approved medication GS-441524 BUT Julius is in such bad shape that he cannot leave the ER. He is on intravenous fluids, dextrose and oxygen. Thankfully we are starting to see small improvements. If we can keep him stable, the medication will have time to start working.

As you may know, a stay at the emergency room is extremely expensive. We estimate Julius will need 3 days of care at the ER totaling approximately 4k plus the cost of a 3 month supply of FIP medication which will be at least 1500 dollars.

The cost is extraordinary but we are hopeful he will pull through. Those of us who know and love Julius are desperate to help this incredible cat who deserves to live. Please consider donating, no amount is too small.
