Hello everyone, my name is Joseph Sanchez, and I am 35 years old. I was born with only one kidney, and unfortunately, it has now failed me. I am currently on dialysis, and my only hope for survival is to undergo a kidney transplant. However, the cost of this surgery is astronomical, and I am unable to afford it on my own. I have been on dialysis for some time now, and it has been a very difficult journey. The treatments are time-consuming, and they take a toll on my physical and emotional health.
