Hello, my name is Diane Martinez, and I'm raising funds on behalf of our very good friend, Jose Lian, known as "Buzzard" to most. Unfortunately, on the morning of June 9th, Jose went in for his yearly check-in at the immigration office and was arrested. We do not know his whereabouts at this time. He has been fighting this immigration case for the past 5 years as he is a U.S. citizen born on the Guam Military Base. Unfortunately, his parents were not aware of the correct paperwork needed to be filed for his citizenship; therefore, he is currently in this situation. We are asking friends and family of Jose to join together and raise funds to attain him the proper legal assistance as soon as possible before they deport him PERMANENTLY.
