Update:
When we first created this fundraiser, it was with the hope of saving Jepoy’s heart and giving him a chance to live. Our family, especially his parents, is still struggling to process the reality of his sudden passing. We never saw this coming. We truly believed he was slowly recovering… until the morning of November 11th at 3:35 AM, when he left us to rest.
He fought so hard — right until the very end — and even in his final moments, his thoughts were of his parents. That was who Jepoy was: selfless, loving, and devoted. Losing him is a kind of pain no words can describe. For his parents, it is a pain no parent should ever have to endure, especially because JP was their only child.
I grew up with Jepoy. I witnessed firsthand the bond he had with his parents, especially his mom — they were inseparable, like they were held together by an unbreakable glue. Seeing them now, shattered and grieving the loss of their only son, is heartbreaking beyond measure.
And so, with humility, we ask for your help one last time.
Please help us settle Jepoy’s remaining hospital bills and the debts accumulated during his treatment, so his parents can begin to move forward without the weight of these financial burdens on top of their grief.

"Save JP’s Life with Urgent Heart Surgery"
John Patrick Edaño, 25, from the Philippines, was born with a rare heart condition called Ruptured Sinus of Valsalva Aneurysm (RSOV). Despite this, he lived a relatively normal life—until recently.
Over the past month, JP’s condition took a sudden and serious turn. He is now in constant pain, and his heart is beginning to fail. Doctors have confirmed that he urgently needs open-heart surgery to survive.

What is RSOV?
RSOV (Ruptured Sinus of Valsalva Aneurysm) is a rare heart defect where a part of the heart’s main artery weakens and ruptures. This causes blood to leak into the heart, putting extreme pressure on it and leading to heart failure.
It is life-threatening and requires immediate open-heart surgery.
