As one of Joey's biggest fans, I am reaching out to friends, family, and the music community for support to keep live music alive at Joey's in Port Chester.

Joey’s has quickly become everyone’s favorite local live music venue. Owner, Joe Ramalho, is a dedicated entrepreneur who pursued his dream of owning a restaurant/bar with unwavering determination and now welcomes established and aspiring musicians and bands weekly at Joey's showcasing amazing talent to music lovers from near and far! As a longstanding business owner, Joe has always prioritized the well-being of others and his community. The opening of Joey's not only fulfilled Joe's aspirations, but also created a welcoming space where people can come together, feel comfortable, and are able to express themselves freely. Joe's vision for his restaurant/bar extends beyond serving delicious food and drinks; he also aims to support local musicians and artists by providing a platform for them to showcase their talents and pursue or relive their dreams.

Owning a business is a tough gig, but Joe has managed to keep Joey’s afloat through the Covid-19 pandemic and persevered during this very difficult time to keep the doors open for the past 2 and a half years creating a welcoming, fun, music-filled restaurant that has brought many smiles, laughter, and memories to all customers who walk through the door and immediately became part of the Joey’s family.

Joe has poured his heart and soul, investing everything he has into Joey's. Despite Joe's efforts, mounting costs have made it increasingly difficult to keep the business thriving. Joe is not one to ask for help, but his friends and family are seeking support from the community to help him sustain Joey's Live Music Venue.
