Save Jiji: My Best Friend Needs Your Help

Hi friends. I could really use your help!

My best friend, Jiji, isn’t feeling well and is in need of serious medical attention. Unfortunately this has already cost us almost $1000 and while I absolutely plan to pay whatever needed to get him the help he needs, I need your help too!

Jiji is a senior cat who was adopted and returned twice before he found his way into my life. I gave him a forever home and even adopted a kitten for him. He is my best friend and partner in crime. A true familiar who is always by my side.

About two months ago, Jiji started with a nasty cough. We took him to his usual vet for X-rays and found he may have asthma. We have been working with his doctor to find the best treatment for him but now we found that things may be worse than we originally thought.

We noticed yesterday that he was walking funny and trying to pee on random things, which he never does. We took him to the emergency vet this morning at 1am and they had to drain his bladder. We had some testing done and started him on new meds but he still hasn’t gone to the bathroom on his own and now he won’t eat or drink water.

As mentioned, this has already cost close to $1000 and that bill will continue to grow as he needs additional testing, meds, special food, etc. I’m going to do whatever it takes to find the funds but any help is appreciated, even if it’s just a share.

Please help me save my baby. I honestly don’t know what I would do without him. ✨
