Jerry is a wonderful, easy to talk to person who brings joy to everyone he is around. It sounds cliche, although Jerry truly embodies this. He has been such a wonderful neighbor to us, and is known throughout the community as the fun and loving good neighbor. Recently he's fallen on some hard times, and is facing an eviction notice. He needs to pay his rent for September by Monday, or he will be forced to leave his home and try to find another place to live. He will also be facing a quick turnaround to then pay his rent for the month of October. A 75 year old christian man who works 40 hours a week at Kroger, solely relies on himself to provide, and brings life to our community, we believe, certainly deserves a chance to catch up. We would hate to see him go, and we want to do everything we can to make sure he can keep his home. My fiancé and I just recently got engaged. He has been a bright spot in this new chapter of life for us, always chatting with us, bringing us gifts, making us food. He is a truly giving and caring man. Thank you for considering helping.
