Save Jean Carew's Dog, Daisy! Detroit Dog Trainer

Donation protected
Hi, my name is Anne Grzywacz, a friend and colleague of Jean Carew. If you are in animal welfare anywhere in Michigan and maybe even in Florida - you know Jean Carew. Jean's beloved dog, Daisy, needs our help. Her life depends on it.

Jean is a staple in the force-free, positive reinforcement community. Jean has been training dogs for 25 years, and is internationally certified. If you have a dog, you've probably heard of Jean - and maybe, probably, she has helped you in one way or another. If you're a positive reinforcement trainer, like me, you definitely know Jean! And I bet she's helped you along your journey. If she hasn't helped you in your life, that just means you haven't met her yet. Despite Jean's incredible resume, extensive education, and 25 years of experience ... Jean's dog training rates remain among the LOWEST of all certified dog trainers in the state - maybe even the lowest. She gives generously of her time, knowledge, and quick wit <3 She is always there for everyone - people and dogs. She helps rescue groups all over the state. She assists low-income families every single day live peacefully with their dogs ... and now she needs our help.

Daisy is Jean's beloved dog, and friend to all. Daisy was diagnosed with bladder cancer. As sad as that may be, the good news is - IT'S OPERABLE! Daisy's chance of survival with surgery to remove the mass on her bladder is very good. Without surgery, the cancer will be terminal. In total, the cost of Daisy's treatment is $7,000 with the best team in the business on her case - Oakland Veterinary Referral Services.

Your money will be going to an excellent cause ... to save Daisy's life, and to generously help our beloved friend, Jean. I cannot explain how much Jean has helped us all and helped so many dogs. She has more years of experience than any trainer I know, myself included, and yet her rates are lower than everyone else's ... because Jean's mission is to help those in need, regardless of their financial status. That leaves Jean with a massive bill for her own dog, and no way to pay for it. I am hopeful we can repay Jean's extreme generosity to the community by saving her beloved dog, and giving her the gift of many years of life.
