Save Java: Urgent Surgery Fund

This is my dear friend’s dog, Java. Java is a sweet pup who loves her life and family. Java, in particular, also holds a special place in my friend’s family, due to her being her mother’s, who passed away three years ago. Since then, my friend has been caring for her three dogs diligently on her own. 

Java recently had a sudden spinal injury. She got an MRI showing that she has disc herniation, and then proceeded to have a surgery with a veterinary neurologist as of Monday morning. If the procedure hadn’t have happened, Java could have been paralyzed from the waist down. The neurologist also said Java had a ruptured disc, and they were able to get out all of the tiny fragments all around her nerve root, which was inflamed. This is great news, but comes at a cost. 

The whole process has cost my friend $13,500 already and could go up to $16,500. Please consider donating to help my friend with these tedious expenses that helped save her dog.
