My name is Simona, and I am fundraising for my nephew Iustin, a 7-year-old boy who is bravely fighting a very aggressive cancer called neuroblastoma.

Iustin should be playing, laughing, and enjoying his childhood. Instead, he is going through painful treatments, hospital stays, and a fight no child should ever face.

He has already gone through difficult treatments in Romania, and now he is in Italy where doctors are trying to save his life with advanced treatment, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and a stem cell transplant.

The good news is that the disease is currently stable, which gives us hope. But the fight is far from over. The treatment is long, complex, and extremely expensive.

His parents are doing everything they can, but they cannot do this alone.

I am asking you, from the bottom of my heart, to help us give Iustin a real chance at life. Iustin is a fighter. My little champion.
