Recent news report have shared that It Matters to One Animal Rescue located in Sugar Camp, Wisconsin had 39 dogs seized by the Oneida Sheriff's Dept. Those of us who have know Stef and volunteered services for this amazing organization KNOW this is a grave mistake.  This rescue brings in dogs from high kill shelters, rehabilitates them and finds them loving furever homes. Often these animals are malnourished, sick, injured, neglected and abused when they arrive. I personally have helped  deliver dogs to this amazing Rescue. The condition of these dogs breaks a person's heart. It takes a great deal of money and time to run this Rescue and save these precious souls. The Sugar Camp and Rhinelander communities have been so generous in supporting the important work done here but there is always a need for money for food, veterinarian bills, beds, cleaning supplies, not to mention electricity bills to run this place. Now, on top of all the normal expenses to run this shelter, the owners are facing legal bills to free their dogs. IF YOU HAVE EVER ADOPTED A SHELTER DOG, YOU KNOW HOW MUCH LOVE AND CONCERN GO INTO SAVING THESE FURBABIES. If you know Stef, you know how devoted she is to dogs.
