Save Indigo: Urgent Care for Our Beloved Dog

Hello! My family and I are starting a GoFundMe for our dog.

Her name is Indigo and she’s only about 6 years old. She was happy and healthy up until the middle of April, when we noticed she barely moved or ate. We kept a closer eye on her, and she got worse. She was bleeding from her private parts and throwing up almost every hour.

We are severely worried and our vet visit recently only confirmed that we aren’t in the correct financial place to pay for what she needs. Our close-by veterinary clinic says it is a Pyometra, which is a life-threatening infection in the uterus that can be fatal. In this case, the surgery to save our dog can cost thousands.

Indigo is a happy and loving dog. She's always been energized and eager to play since the second our family took her in. She's become apart of who we all are, and we hope her story doesn't end here. Seeing our pup the way she is is heartbreaking, and we hope with everyone's help we can save her.
