This is my dad, my daddy and we could really use your help, so I am reaching out to you today.

 

Have you ever been stuck in a situation that you needed help and then somebody comes along and saves the day? For some of us Byron Talley was that person. He was MY person when I was deployed to Iraq and afterwards. He’s the kind of person who would give a homeless man a bicycle or the last of the money he had on him. He always helps those in need and never asks or expects anything in return.

Now things have changed in his life and he is the one needing help but he is too stubborn to ask for it. Byron Talley suffered congestive heart failure last year and had bypass surgery, since then he has not been able to work much, leaving him with no money to pay his medical bills. He has no health insurance and isn’t eligible for any assistance at this time.  He now needs to have more surgery, he has blockage in the arteries in both legs. If he does not have this surgery he could lose both of his legs. His legs will die due to loss of blood and oxygen. His doctor says he must have health insurance or have the money prior to operating.

It is for this reason we have put together this Go Fund Me for him.  Anything you can spare without creating a hardship for yourself would be appreciated.  We also ask for your prayers, they are just as if not more important than money. We would like to get Byron back to doing what he does best, helping others. Anything you can give would help drastically.  Please feel free to share this also the more people we can reach the better.
