Save Health Care System in Gaza Hospitals

I am writing on behalf of Dr Matar, Situation inside hospitals is catastrophic during the Gaza war -
I am Dr. Ebraheem Matar, a general practitioner in Aqsa Martyrs Hospital, the main hospital in Middle Area of Gaza Strip. I have an X account: @abrahammatar.
I work in the Intensive Care Unit of the hospital. I have been describing the hospitals inside Gaza strip through my tweets on my X account. The situation is beyond catastrophic.
Many operations are performed without analgesia nor anesthesia, also many operations are being performed on the floors of ER departments without sterilization, like amputations and chest tubes.
Many wounded people need analgesia inside departments, but IV Paracetamol (the simplest analgesic in the world) is not available inside hospitals. Many patients should live with the pain or die from it.
Wounded people suffer from severe infections due to contaminated wounds and burns, while there is a severe shortage of antibiotics both in quality and quantity.
Severe wound infections are being washed by vinegar and chlorine.
Many patients with wound infection may not respond to treatment, and may proceed into sepsis and death.
There is a very limited number of beds in the emergency departments, surgical departments, and ICU. Sometimes, doctors have to choose between patients, some patients are left to die because there is no available empty beds inside hospital.
Hospitals now are shelter for thousands of refugees who lost their houses, so those people need food, water, hygiene, tents, and blankets.
Funded money will be recruited for the sake of hospitals in Gaza, to fill the gap of shortages: importing analgesics, antibiotics, hospital beds, ventilators, and anesthetics.
Other forms of help are needed for refugees inside hospitals, by giving them their basic needs.
The amount of money needed to achieve the previous goals is massive let us all participate in saving people.
