Help Save Hayarpi Tigranyan — A Young Mother Fighting for Her Life for the Sake of Her Children

Hayarpi Tigranyan is a 35-year-old mother from Armenia. She has two young sons — one is 10 years old and the other is just 6. To them, she is their whole world, their support, their warmth, and their home.

Last year, this family’s life changed forever. Hayarpi was diagnosed with stage 3 stomach cancer — adenocarcinoma, one of the most aggressive and fast-growing types of cancer.

Since then, she has gone through extremely difficult treatment, including multiple rounds of chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Thanks to the tremendous efforts of the doctors and Hayarpi’s incredible strength, a very complex surgery was performed — her stomach had to be completely removed.

We all hoped that after this surgery the disease would retreat and she would have a chance to return to a normal life with her children.

But sadly, the disease has started progressing aggressively again. Metastases have appeared, and Hayarpi’s condition has rapidly worsened. At this moment, she is barely able to eat and urgently needs life-saving treatment.

She now urgently needs new rounds of chemotherapy and other critical medical interventions that could help stop the progression of the disease and give her a chance to keep living — for the sake of her children, who need their mother so deeply.

Unfortunately, in Armenia this kind of treatment is not covered by the state. Every medication, every procedure, and every stage of treatment must be paid for privately. For her family, these costs have become almost impossible to manage.
